TV ad campaign underway!

We are getting down to "crunch time" on the matter of homosexual marriage in Washington State. House and Senate floor votes on these bills must be taken before the 12th of March, which is the deadline to get the bills out of their house of origin. The final voting (House must vote on Senate Bill, Senate must vote on House Bill) will soon follow as the legislature wants to get this controversial matter off its plate and sent off to the Governor!

You may be one of the hundreds of thousands who will have seen one of our TV spots that started this weekend. We have targeted certain districts with a pro-traditional marriage ad campaign (see below). These ads have cost us a lot of money and we will need more if we want them to continue!







Washington Values Alliance

Olympia, Washington) Opponents of Washington state’s newly enacted domestic partner law that gives same-sex couples all of the state rights of marriage without the name have started their bid to overturn the measure.

The Washington Values Alliance filed paperwork Monday to begin the referendum process. They need to get more than 120,500 voter signatures by July 25 to qualify for the November ballot.

The filing for the referendum delays the July 26 start of the law until the signatures are counted. If opponents qualify for the ballot, the law is delayed until the results of the November election.

Gov. Chris Gregoire is expected to sign the “everything but marriage” bill into law within the next two weeks...

The question is, is our side doing enough? I really don't thinks so...
